How can I become a LiveUp member?

Anyone can become a LiveUp member in Singapore! You can register via Lazada.sg or Redmart.com for a free 60-day trial. LiveUp membership costs S$49.90/year, but the first year costs only S$28.80 for a limited time.

Can I sign up for the program if I live outside of Singapore?

No, unfortunately at this time, LiveUp is limited to residents of Singapore only. If you are residing outside of Singapore, your membership may be declined.

I lost my Welcome Email sent by LiveUp Team. How to unlock the benefits from LiveUp's Partners?

You can search for your Welcome Email:

  1. Search by email subject "Welcome to LiveUp!" including your Spam/Junk folder
  2. Search by Sender LiveUp (no-reply@liveup.sg)
If you still cannot trace your Welcome email please send an email to help@liveup.sg with the subject "Welcome Email Re-trigger" and include the email address with which you signed up for LiveUp in the mail body.
If the email sent more than 30 days ago, we will send you the direct activation links for Netflix and Uber-UberEATS instead.

How do I check if I am a LiveUp Member?

You can login into your Lazada Account, it displays the LiveUp Logo next to your name, suggesting that you are a LiveUp member. You will also receive a "Welcome to LiveUp" email upon subscribing.

I wants to change email address registered to LiveUp.

No, unfortunately changing your email address is not possible at this time. You will have to cancel the LiveUp subscription and register with the preferred email address.

How long will my annual LiveUp membership last?

Your 12-month membership will start after your 60-day free trial is complete, and renew every year until you cancel.

Do I need to sign up separately for LiveUp membership with Lazada.sg and Redmart.com?

No, you don’t! Once you have signed up for LiveUp, your benefits at Lazada and Redmart will be activated automatically. Please use the same email address that you signed up for LiveUp with when you log into your Lazada.sg and Redmart.com accounts to ensure the benefits are activated.

Do I need a Lazada or a Redmart account to become a LiveUp member?

At the moment, you require either a Lazada.sg or a Redmart.com account to register for membership. You can sign up for an account on either platform. Guest checkout is not available. Please ensure you use the same email address when you log into both websites.

Can I use my LiveUp rebate to offset my LiveUp membership annual fee?

No, the LiveUp member's credit card will be charged automatically once 60-day free trial ends. We will inform you 5 days before the free trial ends.

How can I renew my membership?

Membership renewal is automatic.


Payments

Will I automatically be charged the membership fee after the free trial?

Yes, the membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit card you used during the purchase of the LiveUp Trial. Five days before switching from free trial to paid membership, you will receive an email about it.

Why do I need to provide credit card details when I sign up for LiveUp membership?

We require your credit or debit card details to validate your payment details. Rest assured, your card will be charged only after the 60-day free trial.At the moment it is not possible to pay for your LiveUp membership via PayPal, Cash on Delivery or other payment methods.

What payment method may I use to subscribe to LiveUp ?

To purchase LiveUp membership via Lazada.sg, we allow only Visa and Mastercard for now.


Cancellation

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your LiveUp Membership in Manage My Account -> My membership https://www.lazada.sg/customer/account/membership/ You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.

If I cancel my LiveUp subscription, what happens to my rebates and partner benefits?

Your subscription will still be active for the full subscription period. Hence, you are still able to enjoy the all the benefits that LiveUp offers until the end of the current subscription period. Do note that unused rebates expire when your membership expires.

Will my subscription fees be refunded if I cancel my subscription after the trial period?

There will be no refunds for any paid subscription. However, your subscription will still be active for the full subscription period. You will be excluded from any further recurring membership renewal.

Do I still get to choose between standard and express delivery, even if my delivery is free?

As a LiveUp member, your order will automatically be shipped for free using the fastest shipping option available. Available shipping options depend on product, seller, and destination.


Awarding of Rebates

How do I get my rebate?

Your rebate will appear once all your items of that order has been successfully delivered. Please allow up to 48 hours after delivery to update your account. Once the item has been tagged as "Delivered", the rebate will appear in your account in LAZADA under "My Payment Methods & Rebates" section.

How much do I get back, and in what form, if I choose to return products after signing up for LiveUp?

If your return is accepted, you will get a full refund on your purchase as well as on your rebate, if any. The rebate amount will be reinstated if you have not already used them for another order.

If I pay for a product with my rebate, will I get a rebate?

LiveUp members enjoy a rebate, based on the final price paid on your purchase. Rebates will be calculated off your total order value minus any returns, vouchers, and membership rebates used. For clarity, only the amount paid out of pocket by you will earn a rebate.

Do I earn rebates even if I have paid the order via DBS/OCBC bank interest free Instament Payment Plan (IPP)?

Yes, you can earn rebates at once with Installment Payment Plan, the rebates are capped at SGD 50 per calendar month per member.



Use of Rebates

As a member, how do I apply earned rebates on my order?

You can use the rebates upon check out. On the Payment page, option "Apply Rebates" is set by default. Use your rebates within 30 days from the issuance date to offset the amount to be paid. Rebates earned from Lazada.sg can only be used on Lazada.sg.

How long is my LiveUp rebate valid?

Your rebate will expire 30 days after it has been issued.

I stopped using my LiveUp account as I am now using my wife's account. Can I transfer my rebates to her account?

No, rebates are non-transferable.

Is there a minimum spend required to use my LiveUp store rebate?

No, there is no minimum spend required.

Can I combine vouchers and LiveUp rebates to make a purchase of an Item on Lazada website?

Yes, it is possible to combine your voucher and rebate to purchase the item. The voucher will be applied first, rebate second.

Can we apply affiliate discounts and earn LiveUp rebates in a same order?

Yes, you can.

Can I use my Lazada.sg rebates on Redmart.com?

At the moment, this is not possible. Rebates cannot be transferred between partners. Rebates cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I earn rebates on digital goods (e.g. Mobile Top-Up)?

Yes, you can earn rebates on digital goods like Mobile top-up. However, it's not possible to use rebates to offset the price of your purchase on digital goods.

Netflix

How do I activate Netflix benefits as a LiveUp member?

After signing up to LiveUp you will receive a Welcome email with a link to complete the activation process, choose it to "Unlock Netflix Subcription".
If you are on a Paid Membership with Netflix, please log in your current Netflix account and redeem the Promo Credit given by Netflix.
If you are on a One-month Free Trial with Netflix, please log in your current Netflix account and redeem the Promo Credit given by Netflix. The Promo Credit from LiveUp will be applied after your one-month trial from Netflix.
If you are new to Netflix, please sign up to have a Netflix account to be able to redeem the Promo Credit given by Netflix.

What are the discounts I get on Netflix if I join LiveUp?

LiveUp subscription is free for 60 days. You will enjoy a 2-month Netflix subscription during the LiveUp free trial. Upon purchasing the one-year LiveUp membership, you will enjoy an additional 4-month Netflix (Standard plan with HD Available).

How many promotional offers can I redeem?

You can redeem up to one (1) six-month promotional offer per qualifying purchase per Netflix account.

What are the different plans Netflix offer?

What type of plan do I receive from Netflix if I sign up for LiveUp?

Standard plan with "HD Available"

My current Netflix account is being billed via iTunes or Google Play. Am I eligible for the promotion?

Customers who are billed for their Netflix account via iTunes or Google Play are not eligible to redeem promotional offers.

Can I link with another email as my current account with Netflix is not the same email as my Lazada account?

When you click "Unlock Netflix Subscription" in your LiveUp Welcome email, you need to log in to your current Netflix account. Email you signed up with LiveUp does not need to be the same with the email used for Netflix.

What happens after I have used up my Netflix gift subscription?

7 days before your promotional offer is depleted, you will receive an email alert from Netflix. If you had an existing Netflix account with a method of payment on file with Netflix, your account will be charged a monthly fee once the value of your promotional offer runs out. If you started your Netflix account with this LiveUp promotion, you will be billed for your Netflix membership by LiveUp once your six-month promotional value runs out. If you do not wish to continue your Netflix subscription, please log-in to Netflix here to cancel your membership.

How long will the LiveUp promotion last for my Netflix account?
Depends on your current Netflix subscription, the promotion will last according to your monthly plan (1-screen, 2-screen or 4-screen) and the day you redeem the Netflix gift from LiveUp. You can check the Netflix billing detail at https://www.netflix.com/BillingActivity
  • If you are on 1-screen plan, you redeemed total 6-month Netflix gift, each month costs $10.98, you can enjoy the gift up to 7 months and 19 days
  • If you are on 2-screen plan, you redeemed total 6-month Netflix gift that equals to your current Netflix plan, each month costs $13.98, you can enjoy the gift for 6 months
  • If you’re on 4-screen plan, you redeemed total 6-month Netflix gift, each month costs $16.98, you can enjoy the gift up to 4 months and 28 days
I can't apply the netflix gift through the activation links in welcome email.
This Netflix gift is available for customers who are billed for their Netflix account with credit card. The Netflix payment via iTunes or Google Play are not eligible to redeem this promotional offer.
To be able to redeem the Netflix gift, you can change your current payment method following these steps: Log in to your Netflix account, Account >> Update payment info >> Credit or Debit Card >> Update Payment Method. Once your payment method is updated to Credit card/Debit card, you can proceed the redemption in the email sent by LiveUp Team again.
How do I cancel my Netflix membership?
  1. Log-in to www.netflix.com/youraccount
  2. Click on "cancel membership"
  3. Click on "finish cancellation"
  4. Verify that your Netflix subscription has been cancelled


Uber

How do I activate Uber benefits?

After signing up to LiveUp, you will receive a Welcome email with the link to complete the activation process.
Step 1: Click on button "Unlock Uber & UberEATS benefits"
Step 2: You will land on the transition page, do click on yellow button "Unlock Uber & UberEATS benefits" then choose either Option A or B to continue
Option A: input the phone number of your Uber account to activate the ride type "LiveUp VIP" from LiveUp
Option B: enter the unique promo code provided in the transition page to activate the ride type "LiveUp VIP" from LiveUp
This 2-step activation will activate both Uber and UberEATS benefits.

Do you have to be a new user to Uber to enjoy the benefit?

You can enjoy LiveUp benefits with the current Uber account if you register with the same phone number. If you are new to Uber, you will be re-directed to create an account first.

Can I link my current account with Uber which is not on the same email as my Lazada account?

It is linked to your phone number. When you click on Uber in the "Welcome to LiveUp" email, you will be asked for your mobile number to sign up or log in.

The Uber sign up page does not open after clicking to unlock Uber benefits in the "Welcome to LiveUp!" email.

Please try again in 1 to 2 hours or change your Wi-Fi connection to 4G connection or vice versa.

How can the customer identify if the Uber LiveUp benefit is activated?

Your Uber account has been activated if "LiveUp VIP" appears in the app as one of the ride types you can choose to ride with.

Am I able to apply Uber promotions for LiveUp VIP?

All new promotions valid for UberX will be applicable to LiveUp VIP

I signed up for LiveUp and tried to unlock the Uber benefits, but accidently typed the wrong phone number?

In the Uber App, choose: Help >> Account and Payment Options >> Uber X LiveUp benefits Leave a note at the end of the page with the content you need support, click SUBMIT. Then wait to check email response from Uber.

How can I identify if the Uber x LiveUp benefit is activated?

You can check either 3 things to see your Uber x LiveUp promotion has been activated:

  1. you see the Ride Progress bar in the booking screen
  2. you see "LiveUp VIP" appears as Premium ride
  3. you see LiveUp rewards details in Payment >> Payment & Rewards

Am I able to apply Uber promotions for LiveUp VIP?
All new promotions valid for UberX will be applicable to LiveUp VIP. Please note that Uber promo codes are applied in reverse order, and the most recently added promo code will be applied to your current or next trip.

I applied the Uber promo code with LiveUp a while ago, however it stopped working now and my Ride Progress bar disappeared.

My $10 won't apply to my trip
As a LiveUp member, you get $10 off every 10th ride, up to 12 times a year, with LiveUp VIP access in Singapore. Uber promo with LiveUp is only available on Personal profile, you may want to switch if you are using Business or Family profile. Please make sure you book your rides under Personal profile in order to have your rides counted accordingly so you could get $10 off your each 10th trip.
Valid promo codes are automatically applied in reverse order. You will be unable to select preferred promo code when you add more than one. Instead, the most recently added promo code will apply first. Kindly see Uber FAQ about promo codes here.
If you don't see the discount after finishing every 9 trips, please claim it to Uber for adjustment.
In the Uber App, choose: Help >> Account and Payment Options >> Uber X LiveUp benefits >> Leave a note at the end of the page with the content you need support, add the support screenshot to your claim, click SUBMIT.


UberEats

How do I activate UberEATS benefits?

If you already activated Uber benefits, you do not have to activate UberEATS benefits as it's the same Uber account. If you have not activated benefits from Uber, after signing up to LiveUp you will receive a Welcome email with links to complete the activation process. If you already have an Uber account, please provide the same phone number to ensure your account is properly linked.

Can I link my current account with Uber which is not on the same email as my Lazada account?

It is linked to your phone number. When you click on Uber in the "Welcome to LiveUp" email, you will be asked for your mobile number to sign up or log in.

How do I activate UberEATS benefits?

If you already activated Uber benefits, you do not have to activate UberEATS benefits as it's the same Uber account. If you have not activated benefits from Uber, you can prefer to Activation Guideline via this link

How will I receive my delivery fee refund?

As a LiveUp member, you're entitled to a S$3 delivery fee refund for order over $35 with UberEATS. A discount will be applied on your next UberEats order in the next 24 hours. Kindly understand this deduction will show in your email receipt, not in the UberEATS app.
If you don't see this deduction in your Email Receipt, take a screenshot of it and kindly claim for adjustment: In UberEATS App >> Past Orders >> browse to the issued order >> Get Help >> Issue with a delivered or past order >> My promo code didn't applied >> In the screenshot of Error, please attach the screenshot of your Email Receipt you did not have the $3 discount.



Redmart

How do I activate Redmart benefits?

Redmart benefit is automatically activated after you sign-up for LiveUp. Your email account for Redmart and Lazada needs to be the same.

Can I link with another email as my current account with Redmart is not the same email as my Lazada account.

When you log in to Lazada using the same email address you used in Redmart, then LiveUp will automatically be detected.

When do I get my rebate?

Your rebate will appear on your Redmart account once all your items of that order has been successfully delivered.
