How do I track my order status?

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.lazada.sg/order-tracking
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Press "Check now" to process

Or you can just click on Order Tracking on top of Lazada page, enter your order number and email address, then press "Track" to check your order status.

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. How do I track my order?

Tracking information may not yet be available for your package; it will be available within the next 24 hours when our logistic partners have updated their records.

Yet you can check your order status with our Order Tracking tool www.lazada.sg/order-tracking. Lazada's system is updated daily to provide you with the best tracking service.

If after 24 hours you still have problem with your tracking number, please reach out to us at www.lazada.sg/contact. We will assist you right away.

Why do I get an error message saying my email address is invalid while tracking my order with Lazada Order Tracking tool?

The email you type in to track your order might be different from the one you used when placing that order.

To track your order status, please make sure you use the same email address for order placing and tracking purpose.

Can I track my parcel on the logistics partner's website?

Yes, once your order is shipped we will share your parcel tracking number with you.

You can use this tracking number to track your parcel on the respective logistics partners website.

Please check the order tracker or the e-mail notification received for more details.

What do the different statuses shown on our courier websites mean?

The "Shipped" status indicates that courier has picked up your package from the seller.

When the status changes to "Delivering", it indicates that the courier is on its way to deliver your package to your address.

Once the courier has successfully delivered the package to you, the status will be updated to "Delivered".

If the courier is unable to reach you at your address, they will try to re-deliver at another time and the status will show "Re-delivering".

What should I do if my item is not delivered using Postal Mail?

Postal Mail takes anywhere from 5 to 7 working days to deliver to your address. We recommend you to wait up till 7 working days for the delivery of your parcel.

You will receive an email from us on the 10th working day to confirm if you received your parcel. If you still haven't received your parcel by the 10th working day then we will process a refund for you.

What are the shipping rates and surcharges?

Shipping fee is based on your selected shipping option. Some sellers may offer free shipping on their products based on a minimum purchase from their shop. Look out for such seller promotions on the product pages.

Free shipping is also available for all parcels shipped using the Economy Shipping option as well as for products shipped by sellers from overseas (for selected sellers, a minimum order amount from that particular seller is required for free Economy shipping). Check the top-right corner of the product page for the applicable shipping fee for the item.

Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Lazada reserves the right to change the shipping fees at any time

Your final applicable shipping fee will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout. The total fee will be the sum of individual shipping fees applicable per seller

Why do I see different delivery options and fees for the same item?

Some sellers may offer multiple delivery options for their items. For selected sellers, a minimum order amount from that particular seller is required for free Economy shipping. You will be able to select your preferred method of delivery at the time of checkout.

If I place an order with items from multiple sellers, how will my shipping fee be charged?

Lazada charges shipping fee based on your selected shipping option of your parcel from each seller.

If you have ordered from multiple sellers in one order, your shipping fee will be based on the selected shipping option of the parcel of each seller. The total shipping fee charged at checkout will be the sum of individual shipping fees from each seller.

Your total applicable shipping fee will be clearly indicated in your cart and during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

You can check your order status online with our Order Tracking tool at www.lazada.sg/order-tracking.

The delivery time for your order depends on the seller(s) you have ordered from. Usually, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 5 working days if you ordered from local sellers. If you have ordered from overseas sellers, the delivery time may vary from 5 to 20 working days. For the most accurate delivery time of your item(s), please refer to its specific product page under "Delivery Options" section.

I ordered multiple items, but I only received 1, where are my other items?

If you ordered from multiple sellers in one order, then you will receive your order in separate parcels from each seller. If you ordered all the items from the same seller and still find some items missing in your parcel, then please reach out to us at Lazada Contact Page and we will investigate the matter for you right away.

How do I check delivery lead time of a product?

Click on the product you want and go to its product detail page. You will see the delivery lead time of that product on the right side of the page.

Can I prearrange the date I want to get the delivery?

We apologize that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the courier partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Some of our courier partners may attempt deliveries during the weekend, and some on holidays. However, if you are not available at the given address on the weekend they will re-attempt the delivery on a working day.

I need my order now, can Lazada speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the delivery of orders. However, we try our best to ensure your parcel is delivered within the promised delivery time.

Can I sort products by delivery speed?

Yes, you can choose to view only those items that would be delivered faster to you. While browsing products you can select the "Delivery Speed" sort option from the drop-down as shown below:

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

How can I know the exact date and time of the delivery?

We apologize that we are unable to give you an exact date and the time of delivery. You may track your order with the Order Tracking Tool Lazada Order Tracking. The delivery time for your order depends on the seller(s) you have ordered from. You will receive the order within 1 to 5 workings days if you have ordered from a local seller and may vary from 5 to 20 working days if you have ordered from an overseas seller. You will receive email notifications for all orders from our system, keeping you informed of the status of your order.

Will I receive a call before delivery?

Unfortunately our delivery partners are unable to guarantee a call before the delivery. Some couriers may call or send a SMS notification to you before attempting delivery or when they arrive at the delivery address. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, the courier partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

If you are unavailable to receive your package when it arrives, we will try to re-deliver it to you at another time.

Does Lazada offer International shipments options?

International shipment options are not available at Lazada at the moment.

Can you deliver the item to my condo/building/office reception?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery to your stated shipping address first. If you are unreachable at your address, the driver will only be able to hand over the parcel to your reception staff if you have given prior authorization to our delivery partners and if your building's policy allows it.

Can Lazada deliver the package to my office?

Lazada will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

In case you want to change your delivery address post purchase, please send us your inquiry at www.lazada.sg/contact, we will help you to change the address and also send you a confirmation once done.

Can I pick up my order at Lazada office?

Lazada doesn't offer this option for now.

Why do I get an email notification from Lazada saying my shipping address is incomplete?

Your provided shipping address may lack information on unit or floor number.

A complete and qualified address should contain a street address, unit / floor number and post code. This is to help our courier locate your shipping address more accurately and easily.

What is Postal Shipping Service?

Postal Shipping service is the normal mail service offered by Singpost. Some sellers on our platform use this shipping method to ship out their products.

We would like you to take extra note that there is a risk of lost mail/delay with this shipping method. Furthermore, there's no tracking feature with normal mail.

Why did I receive a notification that my item is Delivered when I have not yet received the item?

Please contact us at www.lazada.sg/contact right away if you received a notification that your item is Delivered, but you have not yet received the item.

Our Customer Service team will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

In the mean-time, we suggest you check with your family members or other persons who might have received the parcel on your behalf.

This depends on the weight and size of your package.
(1) My package is under 30kg weight and 210cm (length + breadth + height) in size.
Great news! For most items, your package should reach you within 1-3 business days.
*Important Note: Given there are no delays from the seller. If you do not receive your package or a notification that your delivery is delayed within the next business day, please contact customer service.

(2) My package is over 30kg weight and 210cm (length + breadth + height) in size.
For most items, the seller will contact you within one business day to let you know when your package will reach you.
*Important Note: If the day of delivery is a Saturday, your package will still reach you at the delivery address provided. Please contact customer service today if you wish to change your delivery location.

Express Shipping SGD 5.99 Only!

This depends on the time and day you placed your order!
(1) I placed my order on a business day before 12pm.
Great news! Your package will arrive by the same business day!

(2) I placed my order on a business day after 12pm.
Great news! Your package will arrive by the next business day!
*Important Note: If tomorrow is a weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will reach you the following business day. Please contact customer service today if you wish to change your delivery location.

(3) I placed my order on a weekend or on a public holiday!
Great news! Your package will arrive within 2 business days!
*Important Note: The delivery promise is based on the first delivery attempt of the parcel; If you are unable to receive the parcel at the time, the logistics partner may attempt delivery at another time or the following day.

How do I see which shipping options are available for a product?

You can see the delivery options available for each product on the product’s page.

How do I select the shipping options for my product?

If you have multiple items during checkout, you will be able to choose the delivery option of the items before making payment



If you have a single item during checkout, you will have the option to choose the delivery option when inserting your delivery address

What is Express Delivery?

Express Delivery is a service that guarantees same-day or next-day delivery.

Is Express Delivery available for all items?

No. Currently Express Delivery is available only for selected items.
