I used Tempur pillow for many years. Brought this to try out if the contour is better. The item comes and boxing looks bad. I leave some queries to the shop about the packing and doubting the authenticity. The seller took the effort to call me to explain about the item box packaging etc. very responsive and good knowledge. Recommended! \nPillow firmest is what I want. Hope the pillow can last.

Great neck support pillow!\nHad concerns when package was received as it was cautiously taped at certain points of the box.\nPillow is well wrapped. Smaller than standard pillow size so pillow case is another puzzle.\n

material and size is different from the existing contour pillow i bought from Tempur retail outlet. \n\nBut this one is half of the retail price. Still feel better than other brand contour pillow.

I ordered the wrong pillow (US ver) and it’s really too firm for me and I tried for a night and I had a stiff neck! I try to ask for refund but since I already open the pillow wrapper I can’t refund or exchange. However on good will Theodore allow me to exchange the Japan version (medium firm) and I collected from him. It’s the right firmness for me just that the pillow is not standard size (20% smaller) but it’s still alright. Thanks Theodore for the kind gesture.

The Tempur Original neck pillow is very comfortable when use with firmed mattress. The pillow provides great support for the spine and helps to promote good sleep. Already two nights and having real good sleep without painful neck and shoulder. Recommend buy although more expensive.
