Item received a day earlier than said day. bag looks well except for going out of shape (see photo) due to airbag inside had less air and sure got stacked when delivering.\ninstructions given to stuff up bag with cloths or anything & leave bag hanging for 24 hours to get it's shape back. Did it and it worked.\nBeen using for a week now and feel very good about it. Very light even if have the bag full. Doesn't hurt your shoulder when carrying long.\nWould really recommend this bag

I received the item and waited for about 2 weeks. The package is not as good as the package for others. The bag has dents. external blame is only bubble. the bag cannot be opened. As wide as the picture, the inner compartment is very small, only two slots are provided.
