This is our second purchase as our son misplaced the first one. Except for the packaging which is very poor a the box is quite heavily damaged, lucky the watch is still in good condition and works well.

Quick delivery, easy steps to start with, my daughter loved the watch. Definitely useful for parents and kids to be able to contact. Battery charging is taking about 3 hrs, it would be great if that can be improved. Overall satisfied and recommend this product from this seller

Came with all the necessary tools. Glad to receive 2 screenguards too. Can search for YouTube video to update WhatsApp to latest version. The volume of the call is unacceptably low. My child can't hear me when he called me for some help, even when I was already shouting on my end. Tried to get help fm seller. Was told to set the call volume to max, which I already did, but still did not change the volume. Reply fm seller became more sluggish and no more help from seller after that.

Seller packed and dispatched fast. Love the 4G connectivity, Great watch for kids, Convenient video call feature, The parent monitoring app is very helpful.\n\nOnly thing is the touch of the bottom watch is not sensitive enough, but I think maybe only applicable to this watch. (Follow-up with Buddyshop: Thank you for helping me to resolve the issue 😘)\n\nLove it when my child can call me after her lesson & it is very simple and easy for her to use.

The build quality and the apps are much better than the previous gen1 buddy watch. Overall the watch feel much more responsive and the dial is easy to navigate across different menu. The only thing I don't like is the charging pins. I faced issues with the charging pin after about 1 years plus of usage with the gen1 buddy watch.

This is my second purchase because I did not receive my first purchase. Was unable to get a refund because Lazada delivery confirmed they had left the order at my doorstep even if I didn’t get it. Caution: Be around to receive the order.\n\nWe have turned on the watch but have not tested the tracking capability. The touch screen is not very sensitive.

Received the watch in just a few days after being ordered. All complete inside the box and the whole parcel was securely packed. The directions and instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this watch. My son is definitely a lot happier and feels much less anxiety away from mum and dad now that he can call us anytime as well as for me to feel secure knowing where my son is all the time.

Nicely packaged and received within 1 week. Yet to open and try as it is meant to be a Xmas present. Hopefully it is the colour we chose as the box shows pink design instead of black.\nupdate: watch is rather heavy and instruction manual doesn't come in English. \n2nd update: seller contacted to offer to send English version which is available.
