The pillow was received in a plastic bag as shown in photo. Like the other reviews, there were some fibres on the pillow itself which I had to vacuum to remove. It is a thick and firm pillow.

fast delivery but packaging was poor. they had put all of my order into 1 big box and it was torn and dented. the mattress and pillows were fine but some of the eye mask boxes were dented and torn which is bad because these are meant for xmas gifts. they could have bubble wrapped these small boxes. also I ordered another 2 more travel set boxes and 1 of it is dented too. very troublesome as now I have to either rebuy as these are meant for gifting. wished they could have bubble wrapped as they know it will be squashed for sure.

Receive item in good condition , the pillow is not as frim as I have expected & it has some fibre on the surface of the pillow but overall the pillow is light weight and in frim shape, hope is better than my previous pillow.
