lazada delivery is good. quite fast. however, when make a purchase, unable to use coins to offset. Another Shop can use 1000 coins. so overall, the other shop platform will win over to make purchase rather than lazada

Wife tried many types of bolster and finally settle on this one. does not mean expensive is good. really depends on personal preference. bought a cover for it to allow washing. need to air it to remove any smell in the beginning.

Soft and plush for a cozy feel. \nOrdered on 25Jan2024, received on 29Jan2024.\nThe delivery guy just put the whole box infront of my gate which block my gate to open, trying hard to push the box away so that I can open the gate to bring the stuffs into my house. 😂

Bolster is very comfortable. Not flat and stay in shape. Does not smell upon receiving. The duvet was cooling and soft. Nice to touch.\n\nCustomer service was great. For the free gift, upon delivery, the umbrella was not included. Contacted customer service and they arrange separate delivery for the umbrella
