Item is well packed & delivered in good working condition. Manual provides instructions as well as informative explanation on the various measurements. There is no way to confirm its fat composition measurement accuracy unless u have another measurement elsewhere, but omron should be a reliable brand.

the Body Composition monitor is easy to set and takes the reading pretty fast. it gives u fairly detailed results (some that might disappoint you) but all and all a great purchase to monitor my health
