I've done a fair bit of research before settling for this. Initially was skeptical as it was a local brand and still consider as relatively new to the market. After comparing with various brands, we decided to give it a try. The TV cost an attractive price of just below $1000 which is rather rare for an Android TV of this size. TV produces vibrant and mesmerising picture quality. Sound quality is reasonably good also. Highly recommended and this should be at the top of your shortlist for TV.

The whole ordering process was smooth and fixing appointment for delivery and installation was seamless. The installation was performed quickly with just one person. When it comes to the quality of the panel, it's a mixed bag. The panel excels well in a brightly lit room but you will visually notice the bad light bleeding on the edges from the back light in a dark room. There's limited colour calibration option and the HDR can't be turned off. Prism is offering me a refund though..

Order on 21st March night. Delivery on 23rd March afternoon. Fast delivery. I strongly recommend to my friend. The quality make me surprised. Very worth to buy. Price is low but high quality

Received it 2 days after order. Pretty happy with it so far on first impressions. Will have to use this Q65-QE for awhile longer for a better assessment. Hope this one lasts. Sound quality is so-so and need to play around with settings. Unfortunately, the free-to-air channels from my Starhub set top box seems slightly blurry. Wonder why this is so.\n\n*Edit on 28Apr21: it was my Starhub box which reset itself to 576i resolution. Have since reverted to 1080i. And all look good now!

So far good TV at a very good price with 3 years warranty. Installer also helped to mount on my existing TV bracket for no charge.

I love this tv so much. Highly recommended to purchase. To compare with the well known brand this brand is good enough as it's an android tv. Installation wise is very fast. I bought the bracket and the staff mentioned that my old bracket can still be used so prism will refund the bracket back to me.

Pre-ordered in late Dec supposed to deliver mid-Feb but received on 10 Feb. Fast & efficient installation. Nice 4k screen. Startup takes more than 30 sec if you flick on power socket but if from standby, on quite fast. Value for money.

Really good android TV ... it is bang for buck just go for it.\nthe only issue i noticed was .. inbuilt chromecast only supports 720p streaming not even 1080p that came as a disappointment ... otherwise all good .. most importantly wife is happy with the purchase 😁
