Device works. Strength is good. However, after using the forked head it became stuck and I couldn’t remove it. \n\nPost-review update:\n\nI contacted seller via the app and seller advised me to pull the head off while turning it in the socket. Miraculously pulling while turning worked! The head managed to come loose. Seller advised that I oil the massage gun socket and I am now able to use the device properly. Good device, will recommend to others
