Delivery was fine, but the box was badly dented. Lucky that the device was working fine. Took awhile to figure out how the thermometer works as there is only one button. Temperature was higher by almost 1°C as compared to my Braun thermometer. Hope it works fine.

The outer and inner packing is both badly damage. It is difficult to remove the content from the box. Luckily the thermocouple no damage. The box is so badly damage, it cannot be use to keep the thermocouple. \nBut still 5 stars for you bcos the thermocouple is as described.

Very fast delivery. Only 2 business days. Simple operations. Packaging not very professional. Cheap plastic mold housing the thermometer. Measures forehead temp with click of button. No way to find out if it’s accurate or degree of accuracy. Perhaps can test its integrity only when there’s fever?

The thermometer is very light weight. Very Hard to open the cover to put on batteries. A bit confusing about the instructions. No sure the accuracy of the temperature

Delivered in 1 week. Good condition. Work well out of the box. Screen colour changes based on temperature range. Ear temp higher then forehead which correct. No voice readout like what other buyer mention. Chat with buyer but unable to understand what I meant. Even send me a instruction page for blood sugar monitor. Minus 1 star.

Box is a mess. no bubble wrap. No plastic wrapper for the item. Not sealed. Now not even sure if brand new. Did try once and its working. Just hope it lasts.

Product is as per description. The thermometer is accurate and correlates will with Om brand and Br brand thermometers. \n\nThis thermometer is value for money because there are too many fake Br brand that gives inaccurate readings that cost more!\n\nThe courier LEX should be banned from Lazada.\n\nItem was delivered to the adjacent building instead of the actual address and left at the mail room door.\n\nI could easily mark the item as not received but I went to pick it up personally!
