I have satisfied with the good condition products . That why I keep repeat ordering. But I had bad experience when encounter defected unit and liaise with seller . My advice to end user if you encounter defected item better fully return via Lazada instead liaise with seller .

Pretty packaging. Received a few days after ordering. A rather good buy to try out during 3.3. The clean function is actually quite strong. If mouth is wet during brushing, toothpaste splatter out and I hv to clean my mirror and basin top after brushing 😂, unlike my old Phxxx brand, doesn't has this issue.
