Given the option to self collect at 7-Eleven when I placed the order. However in the day of collection, 7-Eleven staff said they don’t have my parcel. Upon checking with Lazada CS, who was professional and very helpful, she sent me a pic of the location where the parcel was sent to. Instead of sending it to 7-eleven counter, they dropped it at the bin area at the back alley as per pic. 7-eleven staff said they are collection point only from Ninja Van, not Q-Express as they were not paid to do so. If that’s the case, why give us the option to self collect at 7-Eleven. I spent almost an hour trying to sort this out with all parties at 7 Eleven and had to walk to a dark back alley to retrieve my parcel. Horrible experience!
