Item comes with box. Roller is smooth but there is small hole on it. And the gua sha has cracks on it.

great product, good quality, functioning well. the only let down is the delivery man didn't inform buyer when sending the purchased item. he just left it at the security table. that is a unthinkable attitude

Real jade. Good quality. Smooth and doesn’t have rough edges or in any surface of the guasha. \n\nIt’s really cold in the face. \n\nCheaper option than the branded ones. They have the same quality.

I ordered one in jade and the other in pink. Both appear to be of good quality. Love the color of jade. Looks expensive and value for money. Haven’t used yet. Will revert my review once I’ve tried it. Both boxes came without dent. Thank you seller!

It came bubble-wrapped, very secure. Looks a very pretty pink, just like the pictures. Feels round and smooth, no rough edges. Trying this out for the first time. Hopefully, the results would be satisfactory!
