I asked customer service and they confirmed it's not included, so I'm deducting a point here. Whether the absorbent stick is good quality or not, I think they should still include one or two. As for the heater stick and cleaning brush deal after ordering, it's pretty good. The heater is fast enough and long enough, and the cleaning brush is decent.
