I bought this quick-drying brush cleaner specifically for cleaning my fiber foundation brush. It has a nice rosy scent and contains alcohol. I compared it with makeup remover, and for a quick morning clean, a spritz works fine, getting about 50% clean. The makeup remover emulsifies better and gets around 70% clean. So, this spray is good for a quick use, but if you want a really deep clean, using a brush cleaner and giving it a good rub is best. I think it's pretty decent, and the alcohol helps with a little sanitizing. For animal hair brushes, I wouldn’t recommend the quick-dry version; I find that baby shampoo cleans the best.
