Knee bands from this brand are great! I bought four pink ones (two types: single and double) last year and have been using them a lot. They can be a bit uncomfortable right at the back of the knee on bare skin, so wearing them over clothes is way more comfortable. I really like them, but the pink stands out a bit too much on my clothes, so I ended up getting them in black. The black ones blend in better over leggings and are super comfy. They are essential for running. Even if your knees feel healthy, continuing to run can eventually take a toll, so it's good to use these as a preventive measure. Honestly, taping is less strenuous while running, but since my skin is sensitive, wearing these bands makes my knees feel way better. If you have weak knees, the double bands provide better support than the single ones. I might try the premium version with the double straps after testing this one out. The neoprene material has a bit of a smell, though.
