The delivery process was quite surprising. Even though there are two pickup points near my home, the delivery was routed through a different company that sent it to the furthest location, requiring a taxi to collect it. This made the overall experience a bit more complicated. I still appreciate the wonderful product, though!

I bought this to wash my car without getting my hands wet. It seemed like the same kind of wash mitt as the Magbon, and I thought I could just swap out the mitts. But when I received it, I found that it's a pretty standard chenille mitt, which should work just fine. It might be a better idea to skip the expensive Magbon and just get this one.
