The AirPro Dehumidifier works really well in Singapore's humid weather. It removes moisture quickly, helps reduce musty smells, and makes the room feel much more comfortable. It's also relatively quiet and easy to use. Great value for money and highly recommended for preventing mould and keeping the home dry!

bought this and another cheaper lifepro dehumidifier (1/3 of this ones price) and both were placed in same room but humidity reading is different again see photos... interesting. not sure which is accurate reading. \nthink I will stick to getting from novita/delonghi/euroace ...yes I have a dehumidifier in every room...

Can feel the different after turn on the dehumidifier, the room feel warmer and the bed and blanket is dryer, not feel wet. Use the auto mode for ~4 hours to reach the ~55 humidity level.

Arrived really fast, like the next day! Incredible. Came with detailed instructions before opening the box and an offer to extended warranty.\nIt has a low humming sound even at low speed, but at a very acceptable low level.\n\nIt is very compact and efficient. Unless than 10 min, I can hear sound of water in the tank, and humidity dropped from 62 to 59.

The dehumidifier is really effective. Left the room and window closed from morning 7:30am and the tank is already full when I’m back to home at 5:30pm. Humidity drop from 82% down to 56%. It got auto stop function once the tank is full so can’t tell what time the dehumidifier water tank was full. It’s kinda pricey but worth all the penny!

The product value for its price! On rainy days, helps to dry clothes much faster and collect 5L water (full tank) in around 5-6hrs. The dehumidifier works better when the room/space is enclosed. When the weather is cold, the purified air helps to warm up the room a bit. The motor power is strong, hence the fan sounds a bit loud in middle of the night.\n\nGrateful to the seller prompt responses and assistance for checking out the details (including maintenance and repair service enquiry). Definitely will recommend this product.

Delivery was fast. Came the next day after ordering. The dehumidifier is working really well. So far I need to empty the tank every two days. The app is useful too as you can set a schedule for the dehumidifier. The wheels make it convenient to move from room to room as well.

The large water tank minimize the need to empty it frequently. The machine is easy to move around with wheels though it is quite tall. The physical buttons are good so as not to always rely on internet and app. \n\nThe machine does a good and quick job for any size of bedrooms. However for a living room that is connected to kitchen, the humidity drops much slower, hence need to switch on for a much longer time.\n\nThe sound at night is noticable. Energy consumption is reasonable. The humidity meter on the machine could be more accurate, it is always 8-10% lower than actual level.

Ordered the DH24 and it arrived within 2 days. Was considering between this model and Sterra Sun but decided to go for this as it covers a larger area, has a larger water tank and has wheels for extra convenience. \n\nHave been using it daily for 6 - 8 hours and it always generate a full 5L tank worth of water which I use to water my plants. Water tank is easy to remove and filter is easy to open up. \n\nUsing it only in the day time so the fan sound is acceptable and not noticeable while I go about doing my stuff at home. The only slight down side is the warm air coming out of the dehumidifier while it is dehumidifying. As a first time dehumidifier user, I was surprised by the warm air. A quick Google search revealed that it is perfectly normal for the blown out air to be slightly warmer than the temperature in the room. I went to ask Sterra for fun and they also admit there will be warm air. \n\nWiFi set up with the app is easy. Just press and hold on the Timer \"button\" on the main display to start pairing (bewilderedly I missed this part in the instruction book even though it's bold and underlined.\n\nOverall I am happy with the purchase so far!

Powerful compressor for effective moisture removal. Seller was helpful in explaining the different models to me over chat function . I have purchased an extra HEPA filter and clear instructions were given , as seen in the pictures.\nThe machine is a bit noisy and warm when operating but very effective in removing moisture. In less than 30 mins, I can see a lot of water was collected. Hopefully it can help me to get rid of the moisture in my room in the long run.

Have been trying it for a while. I like most is the wifi remote function that I can on/off and adjust settings while I’m not at home. I installed the drainage hose at the beginning but had difficulty removing it afterward, so I contacted the CS and they said will fix it for me with no charge even if I break the connection part. Just that I’ve to bring the dehumidifier to them in order to fix it after 7 days of delivery but still the service is good. 👍 eventually I was able to remove the hose (in the pic). ✌️ It’s not noisy at all if I on the fan higher and I can even sleep with it on. The only thing is there’s no instruction on how to install the carbon filter together with the Hepa filter. I’ve to figure it out myself and I hope I put it in a correct way. 😅 but overall I think this is a good product with a 2 years warranty.

Item received correctly as advertised. Started up the unit according to manual. Buttons/functions and corresponding icons working ok. All the modes checked ok but operated the unit in continuous mode for long hours. Unit stops when tank is full but continues after returning the empty tank to the unit. Warm air is exhausted during operation - as expected but not alarming. The room get drier as humidity falls as evidenced by another humidity meter though both are not showing the same readings. Best - the unit is quiet in either fan speed! Lastly, wifi set was easy and the app allows convenient remote control of the unit in operating modes, humidity levels and fan speeds. Superb! And am I glad to purchase this model!

This is my second purchase. Have the two in different rooms. Both work well and quietly although the reservoiris small so it is emptied a few times per day. The cord on the 2023 model is much longer than the 2022. model.

Quiet operation, no disturbance, Efficient dehumidifier,\n\nI do feel that the temperature in the premise is getting a little warmer than before,probably it's the hot air that is circulating from the equipment.\nCertainly,the humility level at my place is a kind of high,now it takes faster to reach to 60 plus humility.It just that going to a little lower than 60 is a kind of slow.I only leave it on for the nite and start turning it on at probably about 10 plus.Perhaps a little longer might be what it takes to reach that humility level.\nNot bad for this price,it really helps to catch some water in just about 2 to 3 hours.

very fast delivery, I am using it in our dressing room which is about 20sqm, able to lower humidity to mid 40% in that room which is great to control mold growth on clothes and leather ware. I've added the hepa filter too for extra air filtering.\nthe dehumidifier does generate heat and a fair amount of noise when running, Would not recommend in a room where you sleep for example. however for room that you don't occupy I recommend it. I run a few hours during the day and great to keep the room under 50% humidity.

Item is quite heavy (15kg) so it was good to hv wheels to move it around various rooms. Setting on low fan mode and leaving it on for abt 5 hrs filled up almost 75% of the tank. Humidity is so high at my place! Used it during the day so motor sound was quiet enuff.\nKudos to the delivery guy who reminded me to leave the unit upright for a few hours first before use. \n\nFinally, good to hv 2 years warranty for peace of mind.

Used for a few weeks and still loving it!\n\nIt sucks about 2 litre of water when I'm out for work. You can feel the dryness when you enter the room and your skin feels non-sticky almost instantly. i used the 1st edition for a year and this new model is great improvement with longer power cords and wifi. highly recommended for use in bathroom.

Here's my observation and experience for 1 week of use\n\n1.The dehumidifier is super powerful! it collects about half tank of water (1L) within 3 hours when I set the target humidity to 50. If I set humidity level to 65, it collects nearly full tank of water (2L) over night.\n\n2.This product is not that silent (for me) even with night mode. I was woken up few times during this week esp when it starts to operate from idle\n\n3.When powering off,the unit vibrates a lil\n\n4. It dissipates some heat too.

Read lots of positive reviews n decided to get one since year end been raining often. Delivery was fast n item exterior slight dent all else in good condition. Tried in guest room for 3hrs n collected 1/3 full of water! Will recommend.
