The quality and taste of Ayataka green tea have been consistent, but the standard of delivery has dropped. First, the delivery schedule was not honoured. Then, the bottles were found to be dented. Disappointed.

Packaging: Upon delivery, the plastic packaging for the green tea was almost completely torn, making it impossible to carry. Many of the bottle caps and upper parts of the bottles are also dented. Furthermore, the packaging for the water was completely falling apart. Since these are food and beverage items, I expect them to be handled much more carefully, even if the bottles themselves aren't punctured.

The tea bottle box was crushed and the coke cans were dented in several places. These were not leaking but the delivery man handled them very roughly.
