Fast shipping and well packed. Thanks for the free alcohol swab. No plastic bag for the masks as there’s a flap to just take the mask out to use. Assure logo on mask.

Purchase were wrapped with plastic for delivery and it was delivered within a few days of ordering. However, box was a bit dented when received. Nevertheless, mask was a good fit to the child’s face. Having said that, we already found 2 faulty masks upon first few days of using the masks. The defective masks only have 1 strap, hence we were unable to use it.

2 boxes were dented and torn apart. Only 1 is ok because it was placed in the middle. There is no additional packaging like plastic for the mask so if the box is torn, masks are exposed.\nQuality is ok and no smell. Hope the packaging can be improved.

Parcel was not delivered to the door step but placed in the letter box. In order to take it out the parcel needed to be squeezed out from the relatively small opening of the letter box thus the boxes were dented.
