Nicely packed in box and bubble wrap, shower head looks good, and works very well. Water pressure is very good too. No leaks. Very basic. Good value for no frills.\nAfter 2 weeks: tried another one at my moms place which does not enjoy high water pressure, and this head makes it worse. Cannot use. So buy only if ur water pressure is high to start with and at below $10 price.

Overall don't look premium as a Kohler product. Comes in bubble wrap in brown box. Material is light and plasticky. cannot complain much due to offer

Items received in correct order and in mint condition. Excellent quality products and seller. Everything is great except the courier company. The parcel was quietly delivered outside the doorstep at 11.58pm, 2 mins to midnight. Understand that it is peak period during 12-12 sale, but at least prior inform the customer that delivery will be so late so that we can wait or deliver again the next day. My concern is if things go wrong and the parcels went missing, who's going to be responsible. I feel that when sellers have done a great job on their side, the courier company must also take responsibility to safely deliver the items to the customer, not just rushing their own time.......

Kohler Lazada Brand Sale at $20 for 2 set. Very very good price with hose, but item is rather basic and light. Don't think it's worth if one buy at the original listed price of $100+ per set. Wait for cheap sale then buy. Water pressure can't comment as bought as spare.

If you think your shower head has lower pressure. Think again! This Shower head will exceed your expectation have an even lower pressure! \n\nOther that overall quality seems not bad. Rubber looks high quality. Just make sure ur house has good pressure if not it won’t be very good experience

Got it on sales! Thought they must have made a mistake as they changed the price to 10x more the next day. But the items arrived today! Made of plastic. Still very happy.
