One packet should last 30 days (1 scoop/day). Troublesome to bring along places. Wished it came in individual sachets. Haven’t tried but hope collagen is effective.

Kinohimitsu used to deliver product super fast, as fast as today order next day receive, but not for this round, it took 4days. Hv been taking this product for more than a yr, insignificant improvement seen. Will try one more round to see if continue or stop.
