delivery was fast. item is as shown in picture. quality is great. highly recommended. however do note that for those who prefer to arrange your running shoes upright (soles facing the bottom of the bag), the shoe bag is a little small for that. you have to arrange your shoes with soles facing the side. but no issue with normal pumps and flats. Love the button on the handle. zip is smooth
