The Philips 3000 Series Handheld Steamer (STH3020/16) does what it is supposed to do. While it cannot replace a classic iron, it is great for people who need to straighten out a piece of clothing just before heading out or don't have much to iron on a regular basis. \n\nOn design, this handheld steamer is compact and takes up about the space of a pair of shoes when folded. It comes with a travel pouch for you to pack and stow it away.\n\nThe cord measures about 1.8m which is a decent length since you don't need an ironing board. The specifications said it will be ready to use in about 30 seconds after you switch it on. This is about the same amount of time for you to pick out your clothes and get it ready. \n\nIn my experience, I am able to iron two pieces of light t-shirts that are lightly crumpled with a filled 120ml detachable water tank.\n\nOverall, the handheld steamer improves creases in a few passes and is great for that last-minute touch-up before you leave the house.

Item received in good condition. Heats up fast but think need to practice a few times to try to iron better. Came with a bag to store it. No need hassle to set up ironing board. But have to refill water tank a few times if ironing a few pieces of clothes.

Heat up in seconds. Water tank quite small, used full tank to steam a blazer. Decent amount of steam. Quite heavy. The metal plate makes a difference.

It is convenient but slow. Flat board ironing is fast with one swipe, even if it needs time to set up board.

Received in good condition and is working as it should. Especially for light materials. As many have said, conventional irons are better for heavy duty ironing. But this is light and portable and serves its purpose.

Very pretty matte white with rose gold trimming, I'm in love! Steam comes out quite fast & really easy to use. But need to be careful not to put your hand too near as will get burned easily.

Came across a good bargain on Lazada birthday sales. Ordered and received it 3 days later. Just tried and work well on pants and T-shirt. Need a little more skill for cotton long sleeve shirt though.

Tested on the cardigan. Useful for soft and delicate fabric . Doesn’t have button to hold so have to constantly press on the button, not a light weight especially added water tank.

First time using garment steamer. Not efficient compared to normal iron, but it does it's job well. Keypoint being portable. Well at least clothes are somewhat presentable.
