Packing very secure. Like that seller provided Allan keys with the screws. Installation aided by seller’s video on Lazada. Bought 2 racks. 1st one all ok. 2nd rack has a scratch on the basket. The large basket very stiff, difficult to push in and out

Both arrived quickly. Easy to put together and fits a good amount of items inside. Tall spray bottles don't fit in the bottom drawer, but shorter ones do. Makes under sink or cupboard organisation easy to access and tidy looking.

Beats my expectations. It’s sturdy and the finishing is perfect. Doesn’t give you the cheap stuff feeling. The instructions are clear and it’s truly easy to install. Really very surprised and happy with the quality! Please don’t change anything.

Delivery was very fast! Bought 2 big size previously but was too big for the space on right side of my cabinet. This is a repurchased and the small size fit just right! Suggest to measure before purchasing! Recommended if u want the space below your sink look tidy!

Ordered 18 and delivered 21/4. Quite fast delivery. Shelf easy to install. Only set back was the stoppers below the shelf. Seller said to stand on the shelf to push the stoppers in but that was difficult too so decided not to put the stoppers.

Delivered within 2 days of ordering. \nWell packed. Easy to follow assemble instructions too. Comes with an Allen key. \nSolid materials. The 2nd/bottom basket doesn’t slide out as smoothly tho. (Even without any items stored)\n\n\nNevertheless, am happy with my purchase!

Very fast delivery. The parts were as advertised, however when assembling, the alignment was a bit off and so it did not sure quite right. A bit flimsy. Nonetheless, should do the job.

Easy to install, the assembly instructions given are clear. BUT bear in mind this cannot put too heavy stuffs, the steel gliding each other make it difficult to pull out and pull it in back, quite noisy, maker need to improve this point.

Easy to assemble… instruction in both English n Chinese but may not be easily understood… the only cons is if you put too heavy stuffs, when rack is being pulled out, it is not smooth. If manufacturer can further improvised with a track.

Item received in good condition. As mentioned by other seller. Rack is not able to hold heavy items else will tilt when pulling out. Need to apply WD40 to the railing to make it easier to drag. Overall good value purchase.

Based on picture, the big rack seems too big but after assembling the small rack and placing it under the kitchen, turned out the big rack will fit too. Still, am happy with the product. Quality and feel is good. Requires self assembly.
