Works perfectly. The switches have a non-intrusive red light and the 2 pin direct is really convenient. The switches also have a strong tactile click to them. Plugging in items is easy and secure. \n\nDelivery was quick and customer support was great. I ordered 2 of these but only 1 was delivered with another item I didn't order. I contacted support and they resolved the issue perfectly. \n\nReally good stuff!

Product is as it should be.\nBenefit of doubt given to seller, as I feel this package was mishandled badly by Ninjavan causing damage to goods.\n\nEven after cleaning can see the scuffing on the power adaptor.\n\nDelays due to manpower issue, etc can be understood. But damaging customers’ goods is unacceptable.

Convenient and versatile, but the 2 pin plug claim is only for eu 2 pin plug. china 2 pin plugs not supported, the claim can be clearer. Had to force it in.

i like the concept and price, but the functionality of it is not quite right yet - the adaptor doesn’t sit tightly or firmly when plugged in, and when i plug in appliances, the connection is extremely stiff and sometimes the plugs have to be squeezed in.\n\ngreat effort from a local company though.

Works well, but the seller should check their page regarding the indicator lights - LED at one point and neon elsewhere.

Cheap but Good for my normal use. Have compare price with other brands Powerpac still offer same for less money. Being using poweroac products alot can last quite long before replacement.
