Very effective product. 2 sachets and my sink was cleared in less than a minute. The handling of the product is non-existent basically. Came in a very crumpled box but luckily none of the sachets leaked.

Fast delivery. But box was crumpled and opened. Lucky the individual packs are not torn or opened. Product is very effective. My basin is not seriously clogged but water drain slowly. The powder start to sizzle after I put into the basin hole. And the clog clear almost immediately after I pour in hot water.

I have tried many drainer cleaner and this has to be the best! one package and one kettle of hot water, all the clog will be gone!

take some time to figure it out how to use it.\nbest is to throw in the adhesive when the sink basin are dry and add just a little bit of water and wait it works bubbling for 5 mins. then flush with large amount of water. it more with some help for plunger pressure at it.\n

Like it that it doesn’t emit any strong chemical smell. I had no foamy or bubbly effect when using. Item took 6 days to arrive by normal SingPost mail. Box was squashed and dented. Instructions on box are all in Japanese, but can refer to seller’s listing for English translation.

I like that it comes in satchet form which makes it very easy to use. my previous experience with other brands were relatively messy and I had to use disposable spoon/plastic bags to reduce my contact point with the declogger powder (toxic?).
