The package arrived well packed and in good order. I am particularly happy that the clamp is able to attach itself to a thick thick table top (5cm) and its steel frame (2cm). instruction in Chinese and English and comes with the necessary tools for installation and adjustments. The spring tension of this monitor arm is better than the more expensive Prism Arc Stealth. The screws underneath the mount not flush with the plastic (see photos). Overall I can recommend this product to anyone who wants a cheap monitor arm.
