Fast shipping, however the item came in an unpadded envelope and the box looked quite battered. Tools and bits all received and intact, however the top tray of the casing detached completely when I opened it! On closer inspection, noticed that the retaining tabs had broken off (circled in yellow). Not a deal breaker, but giving fewer stars because several buyers have commented about receiving damaged cases. While the seller has apologised, there doesn't seem to be any follow-up action, e.g., packing in bubble wrap.

Delivery is quite fast vs international deal, item received as per photo, quality finishing is just in good order. The steel is not too good but acceptable. Lightweight is OK. The suction at the screw end is a bit poor, the magnetic intake is almost useless. The screws are loose, not solid but they fit quite a lot of heads so I can accept.

Product came in a box and is kept protected by cardboard strings. The product box was sealed so I can say it is new. All the bits are complete and feels good quality for the price.

Good quality multi bit set. Contain most of the bits I posibily needed. Storage box is nice, each bit has its own dedicated slot. \nThe 1/4 hex adapter bit holder have friction grip which can be used in conjunction with 1/4 hex driver handle and plier for additional torque.\nDid not use the suction cup. It is useless.

Good quality equipment is good. There are many types of heads to choose. There are colors of screwdrivers. it is worth the price. but used for a long time, do not know whether it is durable or not.
