2nd time ordered. Well distributed layering of fats. Good to make crispy skin roasted pork. Well packed & still frozen in vacuum bag with ice pads when delivered. On time.

Delivery was delayed for 1.5hrs. Taste good and no porky smell. 2nd time buying this. The first time I bought it was in block but this time round was into 2 pieces so have to change my menu.

Good price. Used to braised pork.A bit too fat to my liking. Fats doesn’t melt, skin a bit tough & some part got fine hair. Lean part ok. Will probably buy other brands next time.
