items as per photos. One of the small basket is deformed and loose on the swinging hook due to the baskets were stacked in the packaging. We have tried ways to adjust the shape back and it works now.

Delivery was fast, within 3 days of order placement. There’s an instruction manual in Chinese included and installation was easy. The wheels are sturdy and 2 of the wheels have stoppers. The basket can be pushed around easily. It would be better if the size of the baskets can be bigger as the upper level can only fit in about 12 pieces of adult sized T-shirts.

Item received in good condition. Deliveryman is good as he called when reached and helped me to put the carton box on the house floor after I opened the gate. Quality is a bit thin and capacity is very small, only allowed 1 person's usage. Easy to assemble. Organize your laundry easily,.

Plastic is quite firm and worth the price. The alignment of the baskets could be better. The top basket is not fully secure on the rungs and will drop if push too far to the left or right. The middle basket is secured.
