The shampoo bottles are not sealed with foil at the top . Also the bottle openings do not align with front of bottles.makes me wonder - are they genuine? Hv they been tampered with ?

Though the bottles were bubbles wrapped, the cap was loose and shampoo leaked from the cap onto the rest of the bottle. Messy

Overall ok, but still the product are a little dented. Think it is the way it was packed.

First time user here. Received the products very well wrapped, with several layers of bubble wrap. However, was disappointed to see that both my bottles are warped or distorted. The video shows 1 bottle and the photo shows the 2nd bottle. At first I thought it's got to do with air pressure, but after opening the cap (was also surprised there's no seal), the bottles remain in this shape.
