These brioche buns are great, soft and fluffy while still holding their shape well. Arrived in good condition too, in a plastic bag with other bread that I ordered. Didn't arrived flattened or squashed.

For some reason it’s rather hard to find brioche buns at bakeries here so I always get a pack whenever I order from Redmart. They’re quite airy and not too stodgy or filling despite the large size so they’re perfect for burgers.

My nth time buying this and standards have always been consistent! Buns have a great fluffy texture and slightly buttery flavour; they really help to elevate your burgers. I like the fact that there isn’t a super long list of nonsense ingredients too.
