It is meant for shower head on the right if you turn around then you cannot tilt 45 degrees as the holder rotates only one direction and while it is smooth infinite adjustment instead of lock in steps but due to the shower head weight once you slot in shower head it will tilt down to the max angle 45 degrees so you have to clip this holder higher on the bar unless your shower head is very light.

Works very well.. Should have bought this earlier then no need to waste money buy the Ik** brand one which falls off sometimes. Only thing i thought can be better is that you can only clip in 1 direction (in which for me, i will prefer it to be on the left as seen in pictures)
