Need this without need of capacitor because the previous brand smartrul has a capacitor overheating and melting out after many years. Better stay away from switches that requires capacitor because when they get burning from overheating resulting to light switches failure to turnoff light unless you know where your Elcb fuse is otherwise you need to cut power supply to whole house till someone can fix it to prevent a fire. This switch cost more but think of safety stay away from cheap switches that need capacitors. Yet to fit it with zigbee smartgateway.

Delivery take some time from China, even when I choose Singapore, maybe it meant Singapore standard device. Works great after some time to setup. Happy with purchase

installation is seamless. to initiate pairing, press on hold on the switch. if your wall is uneven, the switch button might be difficult to press. Third time buying MOEs switches because it does not requires a added capacitor ti work. It is definitely safer to use switches without adding capacitors that over time can be overheated and melting etc. Keeping the hone safe from potential firehazards is the best thing to do even it may cost 2X more. Be safe be happy highly recommend.

Repeated purchase have used the switches for over a year. Able to control and automate my lights, ceiling fans etc. \n\nUsing the smart life app and a tuya gateway, able to turn on and off by routine time, or presence/motion sensor, door open or close sensor etc. Also used Alexa voice controls to turn on/off switches, or Google home voice on my phone. \n\nPrefer this switch as it have a tactile click, easier for others to operate without learning (similar to the old style). Instead of a glass panel with a flat button. No need to teach visitors or elderly how to turn on the lights. Also able to print thermal stickers and paste on the switch to show which button operates which light.\n\nGood product, have installed and used the multi gnag versions for over a year. Bought single gang for the remaining old switches, to turn them into smart switches as well. Able to control my lights when I'm not home, ensuring they are off when I leave the house, through the phone app.

seems better quality than tuya brand but probably the same factory product. This requires gateway hub in order to use remote function, that means a separate device and bcos of that, less useful than tuya and end up more expensive.
