The product normally is very sturdy but this one time, one of the bigger racks in my delivery came with the compartment that supported it (part of the product) missing.

Delivery is fast. Items well packed. Very good organiser, easily glide out to take item, not wobbly. Will buy again if needed more to keep things organise. The delivery man didn’t bother to alert us tat parcel was left outside gate even though our door was open. Only when I saw the email alert did I notice, only flaws. \n

Plastic material feels durable, really good for space saving and good for organising. A little caution needs to be done when pulling the tray out. Overall the product is really good.
