First time purchase. Received in a sealed plastic envelope. The colour is nice. The cover does not fit tightly, however, there is a rubber surrounding the cover. Hope the water does not leak. Yet to use. Meant to be a Christmas gift.

The quality of the mug for its price is great. The appearance & colour is nice. Briefly tested the isolation of hot beverage & it works well. It is useful.

As most buyers ' reviews, the container is not hot. Only the top part with aluminum that the cover sits, will feel hot. not those burning kind.\nNon leak. After 2 hours of holding boiling hot water, when I open the lid, a pop sound makes by the pressure of the hot water... I slip a bit, the water still hot, not able to drink much. After 2.5 hours, still hot but able to drink more but not continuous. \nAfter 3 hours, can drink few mouths, water still warm.\nOnly defect is the rubber on the cover that close the drinking hole, extra rubber.. see picture, but didn't cause any leakage. Hope the warmer able to last.\nFor cold drinks, 2 hours later, a standard ice cube become 10 cents coin big, water drink finished leow.\nHot Cold no problem.\nThank you seller.

Product looks good and sturdy with no leak, when the cap is properly secured. Only thing is the non-slip rubber piece at the base is slanted, slightly off centre. Hope the insulation is as good as stated. Fast delivery too.
