the switch console came really fast despite having bought it on lazada's birthday and I'm pretty sure the product is in high demand on that day. the after sales is good too. reliable retailer and I don't mind paying a bit more for the assurance/warranty and all-round good service.

The switch works fine, just a note that I needed a universal adapter to use the plug for the power adapter, but I had that so it's okay. \n\nThe parcel was delivered , but it was left just outside my door for a while... So that's bad\n\nThe Nintendo box was very slightly damaged in the corner as well as the outer box it was in. But all the contents are fine and working well :)\nNo regrets getting grey lol it's pretty sexy

the nintendo switch was available for pickup at my self collection area after ordering within 42 hours as promised 🐋✨ so thank you \n\nwarranty was easy to set up and everything came well — bought for 369 after utilising lazada $20 off voucher

Item received. But not satisfied with the deliver. Item was placed outside the unit. No alert or call from the courier on the delivery.

Self collected at shop, prompt service. Went wrong outlet, cos I mistaken Far East Plaza for Far East Shopping Center. Checked with seller why the unit came without seal or wrapper, reason was because that’s how the supplier sent them. Overall ok, but I find the joycon not very sensitive..
