Delivery was so fast but unfortunately the unit was has defects after it was used for the first time. Then i have asked for replacement unit and it was granted immediately. However, the delivery for the replacement was so bad. I have filed it on Tuesday and was delivered to my place after 6 days only.

Received the kettle in well protected carton box package. Delivered within 2 days of ordering. The interior is thin layer of steel with plastic outer body. It’s easy to operate and clean. Took only 2 1/2 mins to boil. Will have to see its durability over time. Happy with the purchase overall.

Ive used this kettle 5 times since purchase. These are my findings: The kettle's electronics are very sensitive to water, so if you fill it up to the max line - it will overboil and cause a power trip. Happened twice before I learnt to fill it 1cm under the max line. Water boils in abt 5 mins and the long handle makes pouring quite easy. The balance of the kettle never makes the weight shift suddenly. \n\nThe insulating body is good. Even when the kettle is next to my elbow, I don't feel like I have a litre of boiling hot water next to me. The nature of the design prevents you from seeing how much water is left but the opening is wide enough that you can quickly pop the top and take a look. The wide top also makes cleaning easy. \n\nPS: Please don't astroturf so obviously, I almost didn't buy this product because the reviews were so ludicrously fake. There are only 3 colours.

Ordered on 28 Jan and received on 30 Jan. Works well. External of kettle is insulated from boiling water inside. Only downside is the base has no rubber pads so it is slippery on the table top.

The Simplus 1.8 L Electric Kettle came in a box but with scratches as seen in photo. The over-all build is so-so. It's ok I guess for the price, I just hope it works.

Looks and works decent enough for the price. Quality is reasonable for the price too. But I noticed a small dent inside (see 3rd pic).

Ordered 2nd feb 2022, arrived 6th feb 2022, build is good, boiling sound level is the same as my current Tefal, not that quiet. There is a plastic-like flavour in the boiled water though, not sure if it is normal. My current Tefal of 4 years dont have that flavour, but is semi leaking from spout when pouring, that is why I bought this during 2-2 sale.

Sleek design, love it! Initially, I struggled to open the kettle, but I finally figured that I needed to slide back the top part to open it. There was a QR code for the manual, but it opened to a page showing all other products instead.

my 2nd purchase of same kettle, last about 2 years suddenly not charging. due to price is reasonable I bought same new.
