Very comfortable ergonomic chair. I received a free transparent protective floor mat (see photos) by sending a screenshot of my purchase to Hinomi and had to self collect at the showroom.\n\nAs the structure is made of nylon plastic, expect clicking and clacking sound when adjusting the chair.

Stylish and modern design, Comfortable and breathable mesh. \n\nsufficient lumbar support at the correct position and angle when compared to my previous ergomomic seat that had a design failure in holding the support position which result in promoting hunchback. \n\nThis hinomi seat's back rest is not position too forward that promote hunch back when siting upright.

Great design, quality and comfort!\n\nHowever very disappointed with delivery this round as it took 14 days to arrived when it stated ready stock available. Ordered on 7.7 morning and received only on 14.7 night. Was delivered by NV instead of Hinomi own fleet while NV didn’t even call before delivery despite me reaching out to NV telling them to do so. Delivery man only called when arrived at my unit and no one was home to receive. End up had to rearrange timing and was able to deliver within same day on 14.7 night.\n\nSeller Pse note and do not use NV!

Still adjusting different parts to match my preference, primarily the lumbar and head support. Compared with the old Benel Q-mesh chair I owned for a few years, the Hinomi chair is not as sturdy. It leans back a bit even though it’s locked in upright position. The base joint to the wheel has sharp corners that hurt foot when not being careful (should be round corners for safety). Mesh is soft but still less comfortable compared with cushion on Q-mesh chair.

Overall a good office chair, but the lumbar support will need some getting used to.\n\nMy butt was feeling a strain after sitting on this chair for a few days… but after my body gets accustomed to it, it was comfortable.\n\nBest thing about this chair is the ability to have a nap on it having the seat tilted back and the foot rest extended out.\n\nInstallation was simple too.

High quality chair for a great price. Switched from my Secretlab to this as i noticed my posture wasn't great with the Secretlab. Although the base is plastic, it's sturdy and overall the chair feels premium.

Delivery is fast. \n\nSome issues to highlight:\n- Leg can easily scratch onto the platform that is attached to the wheels. The edge is not smooth. Love it a lot and worth investing. but I wonder chair purchase from lazada warranty is only for 10 years? while hinomi official website published as 15 years. no big deal but wonder seller can clarify the differences.

Visited their showroom & staff explained well d features of d chair. Decided to place order right there and then as d chair feels really good during d demo. \n\nItem was delivered 2nd business day after I placed d order. Assembly instruction was easy to follow. Unboxing took a while as parts are packed very well. Quite fast to assemble but better get some help as d main part of d chair is quite heavy.\n\nReally like d chair & a really worth it wfh investment. Highly recommended!

Super fast delivery. Pretty easy installation within 5 mins only. Very Very comfortable Lumbar support even long time sit on it without any pain! Good back and neck support also. good overall. my son likes it but not my daughter. bought for both of them. 1 of the main complaint is the leg. due to the design, not comfortable to rest your feet there.

But on 11 Sep, the order for the foot rest was updated as \"Delivered\" without any notice by seller, when it was actually not delivered. Contacted seller and was told the status change was to prevent cancellation by Lazada. Enquired on delivery date of both orders. Was told by mid/end Sep. By end Sep, order for the chair was updated as \"Delivered\" without any notice by seller. Same reply when I asked the seller for the reason. Was told delivery would be in the following 2 weeks. Both orders finally delivered by second week of Oct. initial delivered gaslift had scratches and dents. replacement was delivered within a week. No door knock, doorbell or notification of all deliveries.

super fast delivery within 24 hours, very high quality and super comfortable, really should have bought much earlier. since it's a new brand, not very confident to buy without checking out, so went down to their showroom to test the chair before buying online; the most commendable part of this chair is its lumbar support, super solid suport and fully adjustable, not only vertically like most of the ergo chairs in the market do, but also the 4-level forward positions.

Got the product fast and ontime. The packaging is well thought out.\nInstallation was easy and convenient.\n\nThe chair is generally comfortable and i like the possibility to store under the table, however, i feel that there are areas to improve.\n\nI find the leg extension not very practical as it takes a lot to lean back, when extended unless u are much heavier.... i'm 65Kg, ... even when i adjusted to the lowest tension. I may eventually remove this section as it is in the way, when i curl my leg under the chair at times.\n\nThe arms has many angle but cos it is attached to the back, there is no support to the base as much, and can have some creaking sound when leaned on due to the weight of the arm. feels a bit filmsy\n\nThe base with the grooves on the legs can be a bit rough, so putting your barefoot on it is not very comfortable.\n\nThe lumber support is good and i like the airy part of the mesh without cushion, especially where i am in, which is hot and humid.

Really fast delivery! Definitely an upgrade from my old secret lab chair. Much airier with a firm support. Only minor feedback are the rough edges on some parts of the leg rest which could cause some scratches on your leg.

The chair was easy to set up (just 4 steps) however, it was a bit heavy when lifting the seat on top of the wheels. Though it can be done by 1 person, would recommend 2 people (for the lifting) instead if you don’t want to break your back. \n\nThe chair’s very comfortable and has good support for the back. Worth the money spent. I also loved the leg rest.

Customer service from Hinomi is commendable. It started from a pleasant experience at the showroom, and when delivery was going to be delayed, there was notification made, when the delivery was just a few days later. And the chair works very well, as i go into the first day of usage. Am pleased thus far.

Went to showroom to try and purchased it on the last day in the 8.8 sale promotion period. Despite seller indicated 'ready stock' and delivery within 3 to 5 working day, was disappointed that it took 2 weeks to deliver the chair on 22 Aug. Hinomi used their own guys to deliver in the end instead of ninja van. For my disappointmen, Hinomi promised to give me a gift. but after a week of receiving the chair, I have not received the gift. Update 12Sep, seller kept his promise and I up his rating

This is our 2nd purchase. It is comfortable and cooling. Only thing is material catches dust easily so we have to buy chair covers for it. The generic chair covers do not fit well. Maybe Hinomi can come up with their own chair covers?

Very customizable. Pretty much everything can be adjusted. Construction seems good too, though compared to a Herman Miller, the various parts move more and aren't as stable. The mesh seat and backing makes the chair feel cool compared to fabric/leather types, but it can feel a bit prickly on the butt if you're wearing shorts,and also isn't as cushiony.

Have been looking for a ergonomic chair for home use; narrowed to a few brands and decide on this chair as it was able to meet most of my requirements and at a reasonable price too; quality was great and love that it allows multiple adjustments to suit individual preferences..option to flip up the chair handle is a plus point for me especially when work area is small; have some issues with delivery date but promptly resolved by Hinomi…

way more comfortable than it's competitor at this price. the one with very strong marketing recently. this includes a leg rest! a lot of adjustments to your liking. adjustable lumbar support and also moves up and down to fit your body shape. very satisfied with this buy!
