it's difficult for me to find bentong ginger so this is really helpful! I think the pack is rather big too so I'm happy with it. of course, you can get it cheaper in wet markets. the ginger came without any mould or issues. just need to use an unwanted toothbrush to scrub a light cover of soil away. I boil it with red dates regularly

Quite a lot of ginger, gives a good, spicy zing in stir-frys. \n\nUpdate 29.1.22: Having used it regularly in stir-frys, it can be spicy so a little goes a long way. The flavour is good. I would buy again.\n\nI clean it and cut into small pieces and keep in freezer, to be used conveniently.
