Convenient refill pack, easily pick up dust. box dented badly, so I have to dispose of it.

Delivery was horrendously long - delayed w no updates 3 times across 3 days (i waited at office till 10pm everyday omg), then failed delivery attempt 2 times. So worried that ninjavan would have 3rd failed delivery attempt and send back to lazada. Ordered on 3.3., received on 16.3. item was very very badly dented. i dont even know how to store it now.\n\nupdate: 3M sent a replacement as seen in last pic. thank you for this! edited the rating too 👌

Great deal during promotion. However the box has a little damaged but is acceptable. Yet to try the wipes. Hope is comparable to magic clean wipes.

I've always been using 3M cleaning products and I find them better in quality compared to other brands. This bundle is much cheaper than normal 20pc pack. Wipes are of same quality but in cardboard box and dispensed through slot already perforated at front bottom. I'm fine with this packaging as it's meant for floor cleaning and I think it's much more eco-friendly. I bought quite a number of items and are neatly packed in this box. No damage. I ordered on 20Jan 2am, delivered on 21Jan afternoon.

Regular user and really like the product itself, but it unfortunately arrived in terrible condition. Box was badly crushed and broken/torn, due most likely to poor delivery/handling. The box also had unexplained oil stains that appeared to be coming from inside the box, which I'm not sure if it was caused by improper handling, improper storage, or a defective item.
