Pillow too soft but good comfortable material. however delivery needs improvement. Ordered 4 pcs and were packed in bulky box. Box left at my doorstep at 9:21pm, lazada notification received at 9:52pm, 30mins later. On delivery instructions I indicated - Do not leave at doorstep (my unit is along the corridor near staircase to avoid item being stolen). For night delivery why cannot sent WA text to inform, same as some day deliveries?

To be honest I am quite picky with pillow cases. If I found it uncomfortable, I will just keep waking up at night especially with new ones. I was surprised that I sleep through whole night with this new one. Very comfy indeed, though a bit thick to me.
