Easy to install. Works well. However, installation at HDB mailbox, due to the mailbox hole, the facing of the lock can only be installed sideways. Small issue though, the lock still works.

Take sometime to understand how to change the password.\nAfter inside OMG, the latch is not standard, I need to use back old lock latch and fix onto the digital lock.\n\nThe digital lock, internal is slightly loose, not precise enough as compare to high quality lock.

Installation is not difficult. The battery that came with it didnt last more than 1 day and I have to replace it with my own. The levers provided did not fit my letterbox; either too long or too short. I have to improvise using the original with additional washers.

Good and prompt service and help. 3 latch options. Bring a screwdriver, wrench, and pliers down to uninstall and install. \nTip: if it can’t fit, try bending it. If too long, lock it at 45 degrees instead of straight across. If hole of your own latch too small, just strongly wedge it between washers with screw.

I manage to install this within 15 minutes, I have installed before. The direction is sideways, face down to unlock. if letterbox door face right, number would be correct facing up. Great product to bring no keys.

Installation was very straightforward with the correct tools . Do note the provided tongue for the lock mechanism may be too long for your mailbox so use back the original lock’s tongue . Also , u might need to do some bending to the original tongue when fitted to this lock as it will be loose fitting . Now all that it needs is to figure out why it jiggles a bit even though it is locked in place with the nut …

The lock delivered within a day, this was exptremely fast!. This use the CR2450 battery by the way.\n\nMake sure you have your management figure print programmed first and the user's finger prints done before installing.\n\nIt may be too long for some letterbox but you can always bend the tongue to accommodate that.\n \nWorking fine for me, hope the battery will last reasonably long enough before replacement is required.

Product arrived relatively fast. The ledge for locking is either too long or too deep. Had to reuse the ledge from the original lock in order to be able to lock it. It could not be tightly shut but it does work as intended.\n\nEntering management pin will reset the user pin back to factory default. So set your management pin first before setting the user pin.

need some tinkering if tongues don't match your mailbox else everything work and straightforward to install

Item received in good condition and the delivery is fast. Tje installation is not very complicated. There is video guide available online. It fits well with HDB letter box but the bolt has to re-use from original HDB letterbox. Nonetheless, will still recommend the product.

Easy to setup and install, the tongues that came with the pack didn't work for my letterbox so I used back the old one and it worked fine. nice white colour compared to the regular black ones.

A bit disappointed that we could not install the lock upright because the letterbox slot had to be one that is elongated vertically to be a fit. Ours was elongated horizontally.

Fast Delivery. Good product, Reasonable Price. Installation isn't diffcult, need a spanner, slim pliers and screwdriver to remove old lock, install new one. Be prepared spend some time figuring out the latch, there are 2 latches out of box - a long and short one, it isnt always a proper fit, and for some reason my old latch didnt work either, so after nunerous trial and error, finally discovered using both long and short latches in the particular order as per my photo works to secure.

Bought one to replace, as I stripped the screw on the battery cover. Note to Seller: To provide paper manual as the QR code has manuals for different models, all in the same link. And thanks for having 3 different lock plates tis time. But I'm still using the original hdb lock plate for the best fit.

There’s scratches on it so am not sure why. There is no manual in it so you have to scan a qr code to see the manual.

The hole of my mail box is a bit small and cannot fit it in upright. Installed it side way as that fit the mail box hole. Not an issue.\n\nThe lever or tongue given is too long for my mail box so got to use back HDB one. Does not affect the functionality of this lock.\n\nSuggestion: maybe seller can provide 2 different types of lever in the package.\n\nOverall a good buy!

Ordered item on 8/5/22 and received it on 10/5/22 in good condition with bubble wrap. My first purchase and yet to install. Hope it is easy to install and works well.

ordered on 1Jul & received on 4Jul.. installed w hdb lock plate for my letter box.. see photo for length comparison w seller's lock plate.. tis lock comes w Micro USB-KEY Interface.. instruction manuals in English & Chinese.. all parts, tool & battery were well received.. lock face was film-sealed.. wrapped & placed in box w small ziploc of nut, plate, screwdriver & battery.. all in a bubble-padded polymailer..

The given tongue is too long, have to use the orig hdb one, but have to use several correct washer to make it work as the hole is bigger. up down 25th floor dunno how many times just to grab the correct washer/tools. \n\nAfter fixing, works like a charm. FP reader is fast. No need to charge USB, jus insert the attached battery and off u go. D/L the manual frm the QR code and see the instructions. Highly recommended although it's a tad expensive

Bought 2 from this seller. Good thing is that this seller does indicate the lock is open anticlockwise coz this is only suitable for sg mailbox. Got 1 before from another seller with cheaper price but sent me a lock opens clockwise. That was totally unusable. Its quite easy to install with the help from a youtube video.
