Thank you for the delivery after a week of waiting. Items well packed in a carton & delivered by a friendly delivery man. 1st time ordered this toilet rolls & will buy again if it is good.

Poor delivery service - deliveryman just left items outside door at 9.30pm without pressing bell. It could be damaged if raining.\nItems received is not the same as advertised. Advertised as 250 sheets per roll, but received 240 sheets per roll. Seller totally not responding to query on chat platform. Did not bother to return/refund since it is so troublesome. But the point is their false advertisement.

jus recieve item in good condition. buy it on 9.9 sale.. but i did not realize that there is a delivery Charge. if without the delivery Charge it's cheaper than normal.

Smooth, thick, strong, don’t tear easily. Good wrapping, so plastic won’t tear easily during handling n delivery. Switched from Redmart housebrand coz always received scratched or torn plastic exposing the unwrapped individual toilet rolls

Was expecting the cute BT21 packaging but guess those are limited edition. Product is of great quality but the delivery of the products is disturbing. All 4 packs are delivered on different days in separate deliveries.

Item received is different from what is shown in the pictures. I ordered the BT21 edition but received the Lunar New Year one. The least the seller could do is to at least update the pictures of the listing or inform us that the BT21 stocks are no longer available. We would appreciate at least some honesty regarding this than simply having the items replaced with others. Not sure if such scenario would occur again with other products. Additionally, not sure why the seller would ship items separately rather than waiting for all to be available to ship them. This makes it troublesome to check the items especially if ordering a lot.

Order 3 packs of tge Blue colour line friends series as advertised but was given all red “Prosperity Edition”. \nChat response was unresponsive after submitting my feedback. As for quality, have not tried yet. Hope it lives up to the positive reviews and not the negative ones.

Not sure. Ordered the BT21 but got the regular packing. Not sure if it’s the same. Perhaps next time I order from official store since the picture is different from the product sent😕
