This notebook is light and handy. Easy to set up However, when buying, do not take into account the free item as a reason to favour this notebook. The performance is good for normal usage to maintain your personal info and access the Internet \n

out of the 6 items, the backpack is bundled with the laptop in the same ASUS box (so not free gift from the shop). \n\nthe keyboard cover is oversized.\nthe cleaner solution is useful.\nthe key chain - not my taste\nthe antivirus - I have my own.\nthe earphone - spare, I don't expect high quality. \n\nthe item marked as delivered once the seller packed and sent to delivery company. so you don't be alarmed.

The free gifts came with lifetime MS Office and Lenovo laptop bag, keyboard protector, and extended warranty of 2 years in total. However, the anti-virus was not included in the package. Nonetheless, I am very happy with what I received. I wish that I had bought all my laptops from them previously because of the value and the service that I received from the seller.

The PC laptop came with McAfee antivirus pre-installed. But we need to install the free MS Office ourselves. The seller gave instructions on how to redeem and download the app, but it wasn't easy to follow. Somehow, we managed to do it after a few attempts. We are satisfied with the product. The delivery man simply left the items at the doorstep without calling us or knocking the door, though our door was open all the time. We are worried that strangers passing by may steal the items. It happened before in our neighbourhood.

only 5 items as being informed. It will be good if the items come in nice packaging, then put outside the laptop package individually. The protection is not there as it is put in soft packaging bag even through a layer of protection that covers the whole thing. one of the items box is dented, but the item inside is seen OK.
