It's too small for me, as you can see on 2nd photo the plastic edge is kind of itchy in the neck. But I can still use it.

the button to close the gap on the neck has 2 to select for different neck diameter. the inner and outer linings are sharp which it's irritating on the neck and may cut the neck. the pillow is also not high enough in fully blown up which the head is not able to rest on
