Speedy delivery. Ordered on Friday and received on Sunday morning. Hard plastic exterior, shiny silver trimming and pretty light weight, a little different from my expectation from the photos. However, simple looks. Useful to have a dust cover as well as removable tray to remove breadcrumbs. Yet to try toasting bread. Looking forward to having nicely toasted bread!

Shipping was blazingly fast. I think I received the product within 3 days. Product was packed within a bigger sturdy box, quite solid and safe. \n\nProduct was as described, well built with a very pristine feel to it. \n\nBread came out burnt from setting 4 onwards. At setting 3, the bread is not burnt, but achieved slightly darker colour than advertised, and I felt the centre of the bread was still too soft for me. But I guess its a personal preference. I used gardenia wholemeal bread.

I got the product 2 days after the holidays Deepawali. Overall looks like my expectation. 2 complaints for 1) black spot found on the product. (but i think waste time to claim. 2) would b great if provided cover lid with the package. PS: aware yr hand weight when pushing the lever the makes the product lost its balance

Received in good condition. Delivery is ahead of the schedule time. Super great.. Tried and it works well. I put label so my kids can prepare their own toasted bread without confusion on what to press.

Although it looks way cheaper than the Ad, the quality is good. But if I know the outer is plastic, I won’t buy it.

Heating elements do not heat same. Thus browning is very uneven on the bread. \nMachine has 6 levels for browning but anything beyond 3 is to make charcoal. for some types of bread level 1= warm up, level 2=burned, timing settings poorly set for sure.\nDesign doesn't give retro vibes, plastic feels cheap\nPrice is ok.

When u pull down the lever, the machine could be moved too. There is a lid cover which is good and most don't have. Overall, 8/10.

Cream colour looks nice. Body is plastic. I like the wide slot. The cover is a plus as it prevent dust from settling in the toaster. The defrost function should be handy. Havent tried it yet. Hope it meets my expection.

setting at 2 is ideal for me. setting 3 most likely burnt of standard size bread. maybe more for thicker bread use. overall happy with purchase. if cable longer would be much better. customer service extremely good for me because item got delay by delivery and seller assist to oversee the issue.
