The item is well pack and seal. The material is good and finishing putter part very good. The cover of pot good and steamer finishing good. The lower pot was a bit rough like some small item sticking on it. I use tge cloth to clean it does not come out. Hope it will not come out when during cooking.

Received the item in good order and as scheduled. The quality and appearance look good. Only thing is the power plug wire is short so need to use extension cord. Tried frying an egg and it was easy. Easy to clean and wash. Hv not tried the steam function yet. Overall, am happy with the purchase. Thank you for the free gift - sponge.

Fast delivery! 🚚 ordered Thursday and arrived on Saturday. \nCon wise, seller mentioned have to be careful when washing so that water does not seep into the temperature knob or the socket.

have not used it yet, but glad the plug fits Singapore standard electricals... only issue is the heated \"wok\" section which is not removable from the base, so have to be careful washing it as that is where the plug socket is!

fast shipping. quality correspondes with price. stir-fry works. my fingers were scalded by the tray 'ears' as the cooker gets very hot once it is in use, so do wear gloves. for steam/soup, etc, condensation droplets would seep out from time to time due to the cover not being dome-shaped, so be prepared to wipe the counter...

The product that I bought was the 1.5 litre size with metal steamer. The STRONGEST heating area can be seen from the photo I took. ( Water bubble is formed). Does it suppose to heat that way? Very affordable and reasonable price. Non stick and I hope this product can last for long time.
